From the Stories of Judith and depicting Judith adorning herself before a meeting with Holofernes, with her attendants at her side, the borders woven with fruiting garlands with lions' masks at the angles, the upper border inscribed JVDITH PVLCHERRIMA INDVIT SE VESTIBVS IVCVNDITATI SVA VT BETHVLIAM AB EXCDIO LIBIRET, the lower right selvedge woven with the Brussels townmark and the weavers' signature H.
