Of deep square form, the sides flat-chased with borders of foliate scrolls, flowerheads and rocaille enclosing, on the front, an engraved coat-of-arms within a foliate scroll asymmetrical cartouche, and on the back a crest, the hinged domed cover with similar chased decoration, marked under base--4in. (10.2cm.) high
