Each square with incurved corners, in the form of a tea chest, the sides engraved with Chinese characters, the front also with a coat-of-arms with laurel and ribbon mantling, with stylized foliate borders, the finial cast in the form of a tea plant, marked under bases and on covers 4 3/8in.
