Of shaped oval form, the body bright-cut engraved with borders of stylized foliage and wrigglework enclosing, on each side, a foliate scroll and floral swag cartouche engraved with initials and a crest, with tapering straight spout and wood scroll handle, the hinged domed cover with similar band and surmounted by a wood bud finial, marked under base and on cover--12 3/4in.
