Of baluster form, chased with panels of foliate scrolls, stylized foliage and rocaille on a matted ground surrounding vacant cartouches at intervals, the faceted bead drop chased with conforming decoration and stiff foliate bands, hanging by six foliate scroll and mask supports with baluster shaped terminals with a stiff leaf mid-rib, each with a removable foliate scroll branch issuing from a caryatid supporting a ribbed baluster socket above a stiff leaf drip pan, hanging from a baluster canopy with panels of acanthus and flowerheads and with bands of lobing and stiff foliage, struck with pseudo Oporto hallmarks--50in.
