The finely moulded goddess seated in a position of royal ease on a low oval dais with incised floral meander and a keyfret border at base, her head slightly lowered and turned to one side with a graceful benign expression, framed by an elaborate chignon held with a ruyi hairpin, wearing a voluminous flowing robe with dense elegant folds exposing a beaded necklace and one foot, the reverse with two impressed seals dehua and puji yuren--14 3/4in. (36.1cm.) high
