The flattened body moulded on each side with a peach-form reserve and painted in the fifteenth century style with two bats in flight around a fruiting peach branch, surrounded by lotus meander above a narrow band of classic scroll on the flared, rectangular foot, with a band of lingzhi scroll on the narrow sides repeated below the everted rim, the lotus scroll and trefoil bands on the neck interrupted by the ruyi-shaped handles (traces of original mark visible, now polished) --9 1/2in.
