The lower section ofrming the belly and front legs, incised around the rim with leiwen, the back with naturalistic nodules simulating the animal's skin and surmounted by a kneeling boy holding a cash-symbol, the narrow end of the cover carved as the toad's third leg, the semi-translucent stone of fine even tone (one minute extremity chip to one foot)--7 1/2in.
