Vase-shaped, the square pedestal base with pierced quatrefoil apron resting on four lion's paw feet, with gadrooned borders and pierced mid-section, the handles formed as flowering branches with leaf and floral terminals, with foliage-wrapped spigot and ivory tap, the rising domed cover with part gadrooned and foliage-applied finial, marked on base of body and cover, inside cover with scratchweight '94X18'
