mark of Etienne-Lucien Blerzy, Paris, 1798-1809
Oblong, the raised hinged central platform with hinged cover and diaperwork grille revealing snuff compartment beneath, the body engine-turned, the cover with dark blue enamel floral cartouche and blue enamel borders with trefoil motifs, the sides with enamel ribbon-twist borders, marked on inside of cover, and compartments, also stamped '2'
