The amethyst Medusa cameo in beaded gold mount of bulla form, the outer frame terminating in two rams' heads suspending an acorn-shaped drop, the hinged interior with glazed locket inscribed ZOH on reverse, decorated overall with beading and wirework and with foxtail link neckchain, circa 1870, probably Italian, the cameo a later addition, the pendant 9.0cm. high
