A two-piece suit of grey worsted, the double-breasted jacket lined in grey silk, the jacket labelled Hawes & Curtis, 2 Burlington Gardens, London W.1., the label inscribed in blue ballpoint pen B. Lancaster Esq. and dated 18/3/82, additionally numbered 878 and initialled K -- made for Burt Lancaster as Felix Happer in the 1983 Goldcrest production Local Hero

In Local Hero, Burt Lancaster plays the boss of a Texas Oil Company, Felix Happer and is seen wearing this suit at the beginning of the film during a meeting. Happer is asleep at the meeting table and the meeting is conducted in a whisper around him.
The vendor worked as an Assistant Director on the film and bought this suit to wear himself when filming had finished.
