Surmounted by the figures of Cupid and a winged nymph holding billowing drapery, on a cloud base cast with a pair of doves, on a circular ormolu-mounted griotte marble plinth, inset with chandelles and scrolling foliage and centred by the white enamel and painted dial, with Arabic numerals, pierced hands and twin-train movement, signed B. Boudekine & Fils/Paris, on foliate-cast feet
