with a pierced and chased scrolling lockplate and side carrying handles, with additional inner secure box, the lid engraved to the front edge VALENTINE STEAD, remains of painted decoration, on a later carved oak stand -- 30in. (76cm.) wide, 26in. (66cm.) high overall, 16½in. (42cm.) deep
