Perhaps from an oinochoe, the fluted shaft arching high above the rim, terminating in the head of a duck, the feathers incised, with stippled details on the bill and at the front of the head, the spools at the end of the lateral projections with incised rosettes, the lower terminal in the form of a frontal panther's head with wide detailed eyes, the fur incised, 6 1/8in. (15.6cm.) high
