On four baluster feet, the architectural base with four columns part- chased with leaves surmounted by baluster finials, the open base chased with corinthian columns and foliage, the center with a cast figure of Madonna and child, the chased cherub heads with foliate scroll corners surmounted by a rectangular pedestal flanked by scrolls and supporting a bud with scrolls, rising to a plain cross with molded rim and elaborately cast scroll and bud terminals, the cross section with rays, apparently unmarked--35in.
