The gilded broken swan's-neck pediment terminating in carved rosettes issuing acanthus leaves and centering a spreadwinged eagle perched on a rocaille plinth above a scallop-carved pediment over a rectangular plate surrounded by a shaped gilt frame with similar carving, flanked by carved gilt tendrils
