Lieutenant Victor Reginald William Johnson, aged 20 years, of Reading, Berkshire was killed in action on 29.10.1914 while attached to the 2nd Battalion, Wiltshire Regiment, when he was shot in the heart by a sniper near Festubert. He is buried in the Royal Irish Rifle Cemetery, Laventie.
