Possibly Lombardy, Circa 1790
Each with flared crestrail carved with crossed, ribbon-tied flowering branches, above a padded back cushion and seat covered with cream silk damask on fluted square supports, the seatrail carved with alternating ribbon-tied leaf bunches joined by scrolled acanthus, on square tapering fluted legs headed by flowerheads, four chair bearing a metal tag stamped 394/W.C.W, 396/W.C.W., 397/W.C.W., 375/W.C.W.
