The shaded part of Logerot's plan shows Paris enclosed by the wall of the Fermiers Généraux. The Louvre has been completed along the rue de Rivoli. The Arc de Triomphe dates from 1836, but only a few of the twelve avenues which today radiate from the Place de l'Étoile are traced. The views of buildings and monuments which border Logerot's plan include, in addition to the XVIIIth century Panthéon, the Tuileries and Hôtel de Ville, both destroyed by the Commune in 1871, the Bourse, the École des Beaux-Arts, the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, as well as the Pont du Carrousel (one of a dozen new bridges), the Colonne de Juillet in the Place de la Bastille, commemorating the Revolution of 1830, the Fontaine du Palmier in the Place du Châtelet and the Colonne Vendôme, with a statue of Napoleon: all constructed int he first half of the XIXth century.
