1875 Royal Mail Steam Packet Co. 10c. printed by De La Rue, comprising two die proofs in black on glazed white cards (92x60 mm.), stamped dates for "Feb. 13 1875" ( "BEFORE HARDENING") and "Feb. 19 1875" ( "AFTER HARDENING") respectively; the issued perforated stamp in rose-red, a complete pane of thirty (complete with selvedge), mint (the stamps unmounted), some creasing and a few faint stain spots; also four examples with handstruck cancellations (three being with Joh. Kock & Co., Puerto Cabello, company handstamps, the other with circular Samana, Dominican Republic, postal datestamp), some faults. A rare group
