Shaped oval and on reed-and-tie rim foot, the blue enamelled bowl with white interior, held by four shell and seaweed straps, supporting a central stem cast and chased with ribbon-tied foliage garlands, the leaf-capped scroll branches each terminating in a detachable shaped circular drip-pan and vase shaped socket, with similar central light, marked on rim, the drip-pans and nozzles unmarked
