Maker's mark of Jan Buysen, Amsterdam, 1803 and with retailer's mark for Diemont, Amsterdam; the brazier apparently unmarked, The Netherlands, circa 1800
Vase-shaped, at intervals decorated with reeded bands, on a spreading base, with wooden finial to the hinged cover and wooden handle; the brazier of oval geometrically pierced form, decorated with reeded bands, on spreading base and ball feet
The coffee pot 23cm. (9in.) high; the brazier 14cm. (5in.) wide
