Apparently no maker's mark, circa 1700 and Birmingham early 20th Century
On spreading and stepped base, the body of compressed circular form, with cover; a shaped square miniature drawing table, on four shaped supports, with initerior of drawers; an oval-shaped enamlled miniature depicting a man; a pair of column-shaped candlesticks decorated with garlands
