Circa 1750, the I.N.R.I. plaque 19th Century, blue crossed swords mark to mound
Modelled by J.J. Kndler, Christ, wearing the crown of thorns and a loin cloth enriched in gilding, nailed with gilt-metal pins to a contemporary wooden cross below a porcelain plaque with the initials I.N.R.I., the cross fixed into a recess in the mound with Mary Magdalene in a white robe and cloak with gilt flower-sprays and kneeling at the base of the cross, the mound applied with a skull, two bones, foliage and reeds (right thumb and tip of little finger of Mary Magdalene's right hand lacking, chips to her left toes, Christ's right toe, foliage and reeds, some restoration to foliage and reeds, gilt-metal nail to Christ's foot lacking)
