FONTODI
This winery was established by the Manetti family in 1968 and currently has 59 hectares in production. The wine, first produced in 1981, takes its name from the 100 Sangiovese vineyard. Maceration takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature for 15 - 16 days. The wines are mature for 12 - 18 months in barriques of Allier and Nevers oak
