This group of yuzhi-style bowls illustrates the transition between the famille verte and famille rose palettes and provide illuminating stylistic differences.

A nearly identical bowl in the Cleveland Museum of Art, is illustrated by Moss, By Imperial Command, col. pl. 81. The difference between that example and the famille verte bowl with a yuzhi mark illustrated ibid., p. 75, is very marked in the treatment of the foliage which has many more hues of green in the former as well as greater botanical details.
