The kettle cottage-loaf form, the part-fluted spout with hinged cap, the overhead scroll handle with wood-turned grip, the domed removable cover with cut-card and with baluster finial; the stand circular on three scroll feet with pierced gallery and scroll supports and with wood-turned handle, set with lamp and cover, with removable kettle ring, the stand, lamp, kettle ring and cover engraved with the mirror cypher AR and royal crown, the kettle engraved with the Royal Arms, Garter Motto and monogram AR, marked on base of kettle, cover, stand, and lamp
