A MATCHED PAIR OF WILLIAM AND MARY WALNUT CARD-TABLES
Feather-banded overall, each with demi-lune hinged top enclosing an inset green velvet-lined playing-surface, above the frieze with narrow central drawer and one with two candle-slides above two further simulated drawers, the shaped apron supported by four up-turned baluster legs to the back with two conforming gate-legs, joined by a shaped undertier with central lozenge and two baluster finials, on ball feet, the table with slides with three later feet and possibly re-veneered top, the other with some of the inverted cups on the legs possibly replaced, restorations and replacements
