Another view in smaller format is reproduced in Skeen's father's book of poems published in Colombo in 1868, titled Knuckles. Also including several waterfall studies in Ceylon including 'Rambodde Falls' and portrait studies including a group portrait with Lord and Lady Mayo (dating from 1869-72), portraits of polo players at the 'Bounty [?] Club', views of a Bombay sawmill, railway construction in Bombay showing the completed Carnac and Elphinstone bridges and workers.
