Cartouche-shaped box with baluster sides, the slightly convex cover, sides and base engraved with c-scrolls, flowers and foliage, the lid centred by a scrolling oval cartouche containing the diamond-set and blue enamel-edged letter "W" surmounted by a red enamelled and diamond-set Imperial crown, the four corners applied with diamonds surrounded by blue enamelled foliage
