standing on the back of an elephant, a boy to his side on a rice bale, on a pierced rockwork base -- 12½in. (31.8cm) high, (cracks); two similar ivory carvings of standing bearded immortals wearing long robes and tall hats -- 10½in. (26.7cm) high, signed on inset red lacquer tablets; and another of a standing bearded figure wearing long robes and holding a staff -- 7in. (17.8cm) high, signed.
