Carved in sunk relief with two fecundity figures moving right, their faces in right profile, wearing the tripartite wig, their broad shoulders depicted frontally, each with the left breast sagging and a swollen belly, holding the was-scepters, hes-vases, and hetep-signs, beneath a star-spangled star sign

This relief is most probably from the lower registers of the enormous temple to Isis at Bekhbeit el-Hagara, called the Iseion, in the Nile Delta. See pp. 102-111 in Favard-Meeks, "The Temple of Bekhbeit el-Hagara," in Quirke (ed.), The Temple in Ancient Egypt.
