Of arched form, the lower square panel with golden fanlight spandrels around a mint-green roundel containing ribbon-tied golden swags enclosing rows of sprays around a dusty pink circular panel with central light blue acanthus rosette roundel, a cross-panel above with roundels alternating within golden floral motifs on green ground, a demi-lune panel above with radiating ribbon-tied graduated golden floral strands issuing from a pink and blue acanthus rosette part roundel, a green band below with rose sprays, in a blue border of white key pattern between dusty pink and golden yellow stripes
