A PAIR OF NORTH ITALIAN GILTWOOD SIDE TABLES
Late 18th early 19th Century
Each with a verde antico-veneered marble top above a frieze centred by an eagle on a rectangular plaque, flanked by a foliate guilloche-band and laurel-band, on panelled square tapering legs headed by a flowerhead and a waisted collar, each side with a foliate trail, terminating in lotus leaf and toupie feet, restorations to the veneer of the top and each angle with later bracket
