In the Louis XV style, the oval tureen of bombé form, on four scroll feet with applied acanthus and beads, with twisted foliage bracket handles, the sides applied twice with an elaborate coat-of-arms and coronet, with reeded border, the domed cover with corded border, applied wreath, chased paterae and cauliflower and foliage finial, the plain stand with laurel wreath border, with detachable two-handled liner, fully marked
