A one-page letter to Mr. Loder, dated Queen's Club, Oct. 20 1917, thanking him "for the photographs of Strathfieldsaye, Fontainbleu and Versailles," saying he hopes to "return to Lord's Court in a few days" and remarking on a Colonel, "a member of Queen's and an artist" who is "painting a portrait of Latham in the Court with a few spectators in the dedans. There will no doubt be some engravinsg of it" (worn on folds). With a snapshot of Strathfieldsaye (but not the two other photographs mentioned in the letter), and 2 other letters to Loder from C. T. Agar and Neville Lytton. (4)
