A Chinese circular silver salver on three short feet, decorated in relief with figures, birds and animals within a bamboo moulded rim, engraved to the centre with confronting dragons among cloud scrolls and a horse racing presentation inscription dated 1880 -- 15¾in. (40cm) diam., the base impressed Wang Hing.
