Each drop-in oval seat on hipped cabriole legs headed by shells and with ringed angles and claw-and-ball feet, with the original drop-in seat frames, webbing, and scrim beneath the current upholstery

III, p. 175, fig. 42. A further stool of this identical model was in the H. H. Mulliner Collection (illustrated in H. H. Mulliner, The Decorative Arts in England 1660-1780, London, 1923, fig. 10).
