Green mesh jersey has the number "12" screened on the front, back, and shoulders. A "Namath" nameplate spans the back. Sand-Knit "Designed & Tailored Exclusively…" tag is on the front tail with additional size (L) Medalist marked tag below. Team issued and prepared for use however there is little to no evident wear.
