Launched in 2014, the reference 5990/1A-001 quickly attracted Patek Philippe enthusiasts. With a highly recognizable and strong stainless steel case, the timepiece is considered as the most complicated Nautilus ever made and features a dual-time zone combined with a flyback chronograph and a day and night indicator.
