The gold hoop is flat on the interior, slightly rounded on the exterior, with an oval bezel. It is engraved with Tyche standing on a ship’s rudder and holding a large cornucopia. The underside of the bezel is incised with the number 156, which corresponds with the lot number from the Story-Maskelyne auction.
