A very good copy of this first and only edition. Nissen ZBI 2877.
3 volumes, quarto (290 x 217mm). Half-titles, 215 original hand-coloured lithographic plates by and after Moore, advertisement leaf bound after index in volume 1. Publisher’s red pebble grain cloth, flat spines lettered in gilt, publisher’s gilt monogram to centre of upper covers (corners and extremities of binding slightly rubbed and bumped).
