极具吸引力的 Richard Lange Jumping Seconds于2016年在 SIHH上亮相。跳秒装置的起源可追溯至1867年，当时费尔迪南多‧阿道夫‧朗格（Ferdinand Adolph Lange）开发了跳秒机芯。十年后的1877年，朗格凭这项发明获当时新成立的帝国专利局（Imperial Patent Office）颁发专利。
