An 18th Century style five-piece tea service,
each bright-cut with foliate friezes, comprising: a tapering panelled moulded oval teapot, hot water jug, tea caddy and sugar basin, the first three items with hinged covers with ivory pineapple finials, the teapot and hot water jug with ebonised wood scroll handles, and a shaped oval teapot stand on mounted wooden ball feet, Sebastian Garrard, London 1919 and 1925 - height of hot water jug 8¼in. (21cm.), 55.25oz. gross.
