An Austro-Hungarian 19th Century teapot with similar milk jug and sugar basin,
each of compressed moulded circular form, on a spreading foot and with a gadrooned rim and polished wood scroll handle, the teapot with rising curved spout, applied narrow foliate frieze and domed hinged cover with turned wood finial, the milk jug and sugar basin gilt-lined, the teapot 1827, the milk jug and sugar basin both apparently 1825 - height of teapot 4¾in. (12cm.), 26oz. gross.
