KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
Each bowl is painted with a peach tree with spreading branches emerging from a large blue rock on one side and the cloud-enveloped sun within a cloud cartouche on the reverse, with two carp swimming in the band of flower-scattered waves on the lower body and with a related medallion on the interior. Each is inscribed with an apocryphal Chenghua mark on the base.
