De forme circulaire, il est orné au centre de phénix affrontés, autour desquels rayonnent de larges pivoines et rinceaux feuillagés. L'aile est agrémentée des Huit Emblèmes Bouddhiques alternant avec des nuages. La bordure est rehaussée des Huit Objets Précieux disposés parmi des vagues.
