A RED-GROUND MANCHU LADY’S WEDDING ROBE

The robe is embroidered with floss silks and in Peking Knot with large floral roundels enclosing the Eight Buddhist Emblems amongst bats and scattered flower sprays all above lishui waves. The dark blue-ground horse-shoe sleeves are similarly decorated.
