L'inscription figurant au verso du tirage est adressée à Mr. Brock (Jindrich Broch), photographe tchèque qui collabora avec Josef Sudek. Il était connu pour les images de verrerie qu'il réalisait. Les inscriptions sont de la main de la soeur de Josef Sudek, qui consacra la dernière année après de son frère avant qu'il ne décède.
